Stock Items
Stock items come with black uppers and leather soles - for low maintenance and
versatility on various floor surfaces, and are available in different widths and heel heights. Allow 2-6 weeks for delivery. Only stock items are returnable.

Special Orders
To further customize your shoes, you can choose from a wide variety of colors for the uppers, and opt for suede soles. Because colors look different on
different monitors, we are happy to send swatches to you before you place your order. Just let us know by e-mail which swatches you want, and your mailing address.
Expect your swatches within a week. Allow 6 weeks for delivery of shoes.
We recommend trying on a stock item to determine your fit, before placing a special order in that model.
Special orders are made up exclusively for you, and are not returnable.

Our payment method of choice is credit card through PayPal. If you prefer to purchase by check or money order, contact us
by e-mail with your details.
Shipping Method
Our standard method of shipping to customers is Priority Mail, with signature confirmation.
Returning Stock Items - for refund or exchange
The shoes must not have any sign of wear. (Walk on carpet only, when trying them on!)
The shoes must be returned within two weeks of receiving them.
Place a copy of the invoice, a completed return/exchange form, and the shoes in their original
shoe box. Send the shoe box in a shipping box (USPS, UPS, or FedEx).
Only the price of the shoes will be refunded. The customer pays the return shipping. No additional
shipping will be charged when exchanges are made for a different size or special order.
